The Opportunity International SPM Team:

Calum Scott – Global Impact Director

Calum Scott joined Opportunity International Australia in 2007 and is responsible for the development of Opportunity International’s Global Social Performance Management (SPM) program. He leads the implementation of social data collection and adoption of industry best practices across the Opportunity Network to help understand, measure and increase the positive impact we’re having on the lives of families living in poverty. Calum is also a Board member of the Social Performance Taskforce (SPTF), which promotes client-focused microfinance across the sector.

Alexandra Doyle – Social Performance Manager

Alexandra Doyle is the Social Performance Manager at Opportunity International Australia. Alexandra manages the implementation of Opportunity’s social performance strategy for our partners in Asia and Latin America as well as the EduFinance team to help build capacity in collecting and analysing social data. She is also responsible for producing the SPM publication to communicate the latest developments and innovations in SPM across the network. Her previous work in international development has focused on project management and impact evaluation for the education and cultural sectors.

Nicole Wong – Social Performance Analyst 

Nicole Wong first came to Opportunity International Australia in 2012 and joined the global Social Performance Management program in 2014. As part of the team, she works together with Opportunity Network partners in the adoption of industry best practice and use of social data to help understand, measure and increase the positive impact we’re having on the lives of families living in poverty around the world. Nicole supports data collection, management, analysis and reporting and capacity building as partners implement their social performance programs.
