Collect, report, and ensure the accuracy of client-level data (Standard 1B)

After defining your social mission and breaking this down into social goals, indicators and targets in Standard 1A, you will plan and implement your data collection processes in order to track performance against those indicators.

We have therefore split Standard 1B into two distinct stages:

Planning Stage

Once you have clear social indicators you need to plan how you will collect data that you can use to demonstrate your social performance against those indicators, and design the data collection tools and processes that will enable you to achieve this.

Implementation Stage

This section will guide you through the appropriate steps necessary to implement your Social Performance Management process.
